Samantha Richards

Samantha discovered yoga nearly a decade ago during a challenging time in her life, quickly realizing that the mat offered a place of peace, and self-connection. After leaving a long, unhealthy relationship with alcohol in 2022, she began a deeper journey of healing and self-discovery in holistic practices.

Samantha followed the calling she had long felt and completed her first Yoga Teacher Training in 2025 — an experience she describes as deeply transformational. Guided by empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others, Samantha creates classes that are slow-flow, grounding, mindful, and meditative.

Her intention is to hold space for healing, stillness, patience, and strength, while helping students reconnect with themselves in a supportive and judgment-free environment.

Samantha is passionate about making yoga accessible to all.

She believes that when we return to the breath and the wisdom within, we remember that the peace we seek has always been there.
