    A fluid, creative practice linking breath with movement. This class builds strength, mobility, and awareness while offering options for a variety of experience levels.

    A strong, heat-building class that emphasizes strength, stamina, and mindful challenge. Expect dynamic sequences with options to level up or scale back as needed.

  • Foundations of Yoga

    A supportive class that breaks down the fundamentals of yoga, including postures, breath, and alignment. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to revisit the basics!

  • Candlelit Flow

    An intentional flow that links breath with movement in a steady, continuous rhythm. With gentle transitions and a calming candlelit atmosphere, this class builds light heat in the body while helping you unwind, release the day, and ease into rest.

  • Hatha Yoga

    a steady, mindful practice focused on building strength, balance, flexibility, and a strong foundation through held poses, intentional movement, and breathwork. Slower-paced than a modern yoga class, Hatha invites you to slow down, become present in your body, and meet yourself where you are today.

    This all-levels class offers plenty of options for props and variations, with a focus on mindful movement, body awareness, and connecting to your breath.

  • Gentle Flow

    In the morning, Gentle Flow can help to wake up the body and prepare you for your day ahead. Through purposeful movement and mellow flows, we use our time together to soften and strengthen the body without triggering the nervous system into action mode. Students will be guided through movement and propping in order to greet the day with peace

  • Tai Chi

    Silk Reeling Tai Chi is a gentle, flowing movement practice using smooth, circular motions to cultivate balance, coordination, and calm.

  • Mindful Mondys

    "Goldilocks yoga" to start your week off right. Not too easy, not too hard, it’ll be just right. You’ll leave feeling a little more grounded, a little more flexible, and a little more balanced in every way.

    This class will offer movement that is accessible and accommodating to all levels.

  • Chair Yoga

    A gentle, accessible yoga practice designed to support strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness—without requiring you to get down on the floor. Using a chair for support, we’ll move through simple stretches, mindful movement, breathing practices, and relaxation.

  • Yin Yoga

    In this floor-based class, poses are held for 2–5 minutes to access the deeper layers of connective tissue and fascia. Through breath and passive holds, you’ll nurture joint health, release tension, and restore energetic balance.

  • Restorative Yoga

    A deeply restful, fully supported practice designed for complete relaxation. Using props to cradle the body, poses are held with little to no effort, allowing the nervous system to reset, the body to restore, and the mind to settle into stillness.
