Jaylene Baterna
Jaylene began teaching in October 2022 after completing their first certification and has continued expanding their studies in anatomy, yoga philosophy, and Hindu mythology. As a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, they are trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Bhakti, and chair-adaptive yoga.
Their teaching style emphasizes proper alignment, joint stability, and accessible movement, creating a space where students of all levels feel supported. At the heart of their work is a simple but powerful belief: yoga is for every body.
Jaylene’s intention is to help students improve their quality of life through mindful, focused practice and self-inquiry—encouraging transformation from the inside out.
