Jenn Gizerian

Jenn (200CYT) celebrates 10 years of teaching yoga this fall and brings more than 500 hours of in-person teaching experience to her classes.

She began her journey in 2016 with a certification in ChildLight Children’s Yoga and went on to earn her 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2018. Jenn is also certified in Thai Yoga Massage and Matter of Balance, a fall-prevention program designed to support older adults.

While trained in a variety of yoga modalities, Jenn feels most at home creating spaces where students can slow down, rest, and reconnect. She believes deeply that rest is a form of resistance, and her restorative yoga classes and sound baths are designed to encourage deep relaxation — adult nap time absolutely welcome.

Now in her 40s, Jenn embraces the philosophy of “move it or lose it” and is passionate about making yoga accessible, welcoming, and supportive for every body and every stage of life.
