In this restorative sound bath experience, you’ll be guided into stillness as layers of sound wash over you—created through crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, and other vibrational instruments.
The session begins with gentle breathwork and grounding to help settle your body and mind. As you relax into a comfortable resting position, the sound frequencies guide you into a meditative state where tension melts away, the nervous system resets, and inner harmony is restored.
